Flushed Manifold Pumps can immensely increase seal life when used with a low lubricity fluid like deionized water. The manifold on these pumps are engineered to have the inlet and outlet flush port circulate liquids between the low and high pressure seals. Also, they can help reduce thermal load on ceramic plungers, thus reducing the chance of any cracking taking place. Cat Flushed Manifold Pump performance features include:
- Inlet: 1/2" to 6"
- Discharge: 3/8" to 4"
