Abaque Hose Replacements

The Abaque series of pumps feature a sealless design that eliminates leaks and product contamination and can be the single solution you need for abrasive products containing suspended particles. Abaque series pumps wetted construction includes Natural Rubber, Nitrile Buna Rubber (FDA liner available), EPDM and Hypalon hose materials - all of which are available for purchase below. Replacement lubricant for Abaque pumps is also available that is designed to help extend tubing life and to dissipate heat build up.
The hose IDs are: 10, 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100 mm. Each liquid end is designed to accept one particular hose ID version. The hose of a Peristaltic Hose pump is the only component that comes in contact with the pumped medium. Neptune engineers hoses the are manufactured from high quality compounded rubber, reinforced by layers of nylon.
- Buna-N (FDA Liner): Highly wear resistant to oily products and FDA approved.
- EPDM: High chemical resistance, especially with concentrated acids, alcohols and ketones.
- Hypalon: Resistant to chemicals and high resistance to oxidants, as well as to concentrated bases and acids.
- Natural Rubber: Highly resillent with excellent abrasion resistance and strength.
